Artix 4.1をリリースしました。今年の4月に発表したAmberPointとの連携の実装が進んで実際に利用できるようになったことが一番大きなトピックですが、従来予定していたエンハンスを施してきたことになります。少々、他と比べると対応が遅かったのですが、SOAP 1.2をサポートしましたのでインタオペラビリティーを確保しています。ESBの中に組み込んだBPELエンジンであるArtix Orchestrationでサービスをくみ上げますが、このArtix Orchestrationと従来からあるArtixのQoSの機能を連携することによって、本来のBPELエンジンによるコンポジットサービスの実現が可能となります。
業界に買収風が吹き荒れる中では、地味な発表ですが、インフラを提供するベンダーとして、確実に製品を組み上げていくことは非常に重要なことと考えています。
